Introducing Self-Care-Kit Workshops in March '23

In celebration of International Woman's Day AND Endometriosis Awareness month, Innuendo by The Paramour will be holding self-care workshops throughout March.

What's a self-care kit we hear you ask?

A self-care kit is a bundle of goodies and tools which you can help you recharge, nurture and take-care of you.

Self-care is our specialty and we want to share our knowledge with with you!

Join founder of Innuendo by The Paramour, Fleur, for this very special workshop at The Paramour's Apothecary, in the heart of Subiaco.

You will be greeted with a glass of something delicious before commencing our self-care journey.

At your table there will be an empty box and our mission throughout our 2 hours together is to turn this box into your very own self-care-kit!

With Women's health as the focus, your journey will start with an exploration of the history of natural oils and botanicals and their use, benefits and influence on beauty and wellness culture throughout time. We'll discover some rare oils and sniff, try and soak up some of the history and incredible stories before getting into making and creating.

We'll break and enjoy some especially inspired refreshments before creating your own self-care box, including:

-Your own personalised 50ml therapeutic oil and 10ml travel roll-on oil made to your taste and health needs, to take home and enjoy.

-A custom 2-in-1 Salts to take away in an Innuendo glass jar to enjoy as a bath salts or body scrub

And of course, some other gifts and surprises on the day to enjoy and take away with you.
