You can collect your order from Innuendo HQ in Subiaco. Currently, this is available on Thursday evenings 5.30pm - 9pm. If you are desperate to get your hands on your order and can't make it on a Thursday evening, please reach out to and we will try our best to accommodate and find a solution.

For Paramours far and wide...

There are a choice of shipping options depending on where you are located and how quickly you would like your order:

Standard Shipping via Australia Post $12 (estimated 1-4 business days)

Express Shipping via Australia Post $20 (estimated 2-8 business days)

To New Zealand

Standard Shipping via Australia Post $20 (estimated 7-14 business days)

DHL $40 Flat Rate (estimated 1-6 business days for most major destinations)

Did we get something wrong?

If you received the wrong order or something was missing or broken in your parcel, please contact us straight away with any images that can help us see where things went wrong. In the case of Innuendo being at fault, we will send you a full replacement of any damaged products as soon as we can.

Occasionally for quality control purposes, we may ask for broken or faulty products to be sent back to us. In this instance we will send you shipping label and arrange the return of the product on your behalf.

Change of mind refunds and exchanges

Due to the personal, perishable and plastic-free nature of most of our products, we are often unable to offer exchanges or refunds on our products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product and its ability to be returned due to change of mind, prior to purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
