Products and Ingredients

Where are your products made?

All Innuendo body products are made in Australia. Tea is sourced globally and blended and packed at Innuendo HQ in Perth, Australia. Silk Eye Masks are handmade in China. 

Is it possible to get samples?

Absolutely! A sample is provided with every order and there are usually 2-3 different product samples at Innuendo HQ at a time (as we pack and keep them fresh just like our full sized products). If you have any special requests for samples, please add to the notes section of your cart and we will try to accommodate. 

Are all your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All products excluding Endo Oil.  

Endo Oil is not recommended to use during pregnancy as the formula contains traces of cinnamon oil which is advised to limit and/or avoid during pregnancy. 

Are all products vegan?

All products excluding our Silk Eye Masks (made with silk From silkworm are vegan).

 

Endo Oil

Will Endo Oil help cure my Endometriosis?

No. Endo Oil will in no way cure Endometriosis. Endo Oil was developed to help ease some symptoms which may present as a result of having Endometriosis such as helping relieve muscle cramps, relieve stress through aromatherapy and massage and scar recovery from laparoscopic surgery. It is in no way a treatment for Endometriosis.

Is Endo Oil safe to use during pregnancy?

No. Endo Oil is not recommended to use during pregnancy as the formula contains traces of cinnamon oil which is advised to limit and/or avoid during pregnancy. 

What is the shelf life of Endo Oil?

Endo Oil is considered a highly stable oil which when kept cool and out of sunlight should have a shelf life of at least 1 year. Avoid contaminating your Endo Oil by ensuring the dropper does not touch skin during application. 

Shipping and Orders

What are my shipping options?

You can collect your products on selected days and times from Innuendo HQ in Perth, Australia or select for your products to be sent to you. For more information including rates head to our Shipping and Returns page here. 

Can I click and collect? 

You can select ‘Pick-Up’ as an option on your order. This is available in Subiaco, Perth and currently offered on Thursday evenings (this will be extending soon!).

Will I need to pay import taxes when my order arrives in my country?

Orders held at customs at the destination countries may do so for up to 4 weeks. Any extra time added to orders are out of the control of Innuendo. Some countries may require Taxes or duties to be paid before releasing the goods to the customer. Innuendo is not responsible for payment of these taxes and is unable to offer a refund if the customer decides to forgo paying these charges. 

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! Our tissue paper and boxes are all recycled. All our vessels are plastic free (excluding the dropper section on the lid of the Endo Oil bottle). Orders are send to you, plastic-free. We don’t even use mailer bags. Your order is wrapped in a cardboard box, and wrapped in black Kraft paper before it departs Innuendo HQ. Our samples are made from recyclable glass. 

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, wheels are in motion to fulfil it, pour-it and pack it and send it on it’s way. We are unable to cancel orders once submitted. 

I have more than one discount code, can I combine them?

You are unable to use more than one discount code per order. We recommend working out which will get you the best value for that specific order, redeem it, and use the other for next time! 

What is your returns policy

If there has been an issue with the quality, quantity or something’s not right with your order, contact us at theparamour@innuendo.com.au. We will aim to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds but read more on our returns and exchanges here.

Do you send physical gift cards?

No. You will receive the Gift Card via Email which can be printed or forwarded to the recipient.
